Who created Devavrata templates?
Created by Daniel Honrade, though single-handedly developed, it was inspired by a number of developers and designers in Drupal community and other CMSs.
Why?
There's a need for a single base template that can be modified to different layouts or designs and at the same time simple enough to extend and which includes common features that are commonly needed in design development.
