Devavrata Skin template is a subtemplate of Devavrata Layout template which functions as the enhancer of the layout.

Because you can produce different layouts with the core, you can also produce different skins for the layouts. With just 1 layout, you can create as many skins as you like by adding images, styles to it. Devavrata Skin templates are samples of those skins.
