Are Devavrata templates FREE?

Yes, the Devavrata templates are free to download.

But the Themes which consist of a number of images are not. Why? the themes are actually modeled after the Dev Skin template and due to the use of proprietary images and artistic license of the designers, they are for sale.

You can create your own themes, just follow the instructions on "how to" block below.
